Jimmy John's

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Placed a lunch order for a work meeting well in advance of the time it was needed and when the order arrived, it was not complete. It took 4 calls to the balance of the order delivered. I was told more then once the sandwich was on it's way & after almost 45 minutes I asked to speak to a manager at which time I asked for a credit. He asked me why I thought I should have one and then said no, it wasn't their fault the order wasn't complete and they can't control their drivers. I spoke to the corporate office customer service and a general manager who lead me to believe it this would be taken care of. Lot's of emails, even a phone message I was late in returning, but never the credit they promised. On top of that the order was not all correct and the food was mediocre. I would totally stay away from this place. I am disappointed not only in the Solon location, but their customer service and the way this has been handled at a corporate level. Not impressive.

Placed an order online. Drove to the store staffed with 3 employees and 2 customers to see that my sandwiches weren’t made yet( 2 sandwich order) they began making the order after I showed up. Forgot a few of my requested toppings and the ranch dipping sauce which was paid for. Not the best experience. Sandwich was decent but not what I wanted. Think twice before visiting this store

My last two orders have been wrong. Not even the same thing, I tried to switch it up in hopes it was just the one time but nope, 2 times now.Not only that, but the driver went to the wrong address. The driver brought the food to the door and when I asked for a receipt to sign he told me it fell in the car and then said brb I'll go get it.......might have to find a new lunch spot.

Every time I eat Jimmy John's my stomach upset for hours afterward. I don't know if it's the food products they use or what, but no matter what I order I feel terrible after eating. I decided to take a break from ordering for almost a year. Thought maybe something would change in that time, but nope. Ordered today and I've had an upset, painful, churning stomach since 1. Think it's time to give up on Jimmy John's for good.
