56 Kitchen - Solon

My dining experience at 𝟓𝟔 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 was cool! I kicked everything off with a tasty Moscow mule at the bar. For dinner I “designed my own plate” consisting of buttermilk fried chicken breast, roasted potatoes, roasted cauliflower with lemon tahini and a French kiss salad 🥗. The chicken and the salad were extremely tasty. Will definitely return later this week for lunch. Good eats!

I ate a veggie burger.& indulged in home cut fries! As always the server was friendly & professional. I asked her for recommendation. She suggested the veggie burger. It was the best veggie burger I’ve had in a restaurant. I definitely will order it again!! Fries were hot & delicious. Thanks 56 kitchen for an enjoyable luncheon date.

We do dinner out Fridays often unless the weather is very nice. 56 Kitchen is a regular visit, it is an awesome place to go. The food is gourmet, the atmosphere is fun, the drinks are special. Often times I order one of the specials. The menu has entrees, sandwiches, and pizza pies, all great. Tonight there is a menu change in the works and no specials so I ordered the Arugula & grapefruit salad (I was afraid there would be too much grapefruit, there wasn't) made with pine nuts / fennel / olives / pickled fresno / red wine vinaigrette, and added a piece of lightly seared salmon. I like to eat only half my dinner and save the other for lunch later, this was tooooo good. I ate the whole thing! For my cocktail i did the "Kitchen Margarita" made with Milagro Silver / Cointreau / Lime / Jalapeno Simple / Cucumber. On a Hot humid evening, it was perfect! We are here again. Always excellent. Had to post the photo of the 4 Cheese Bianco Star Pizza. When great tasting food looks special it adds to the great expierience. This photo is one of today's specials; Artic Char. Cooked just right, so juicy, AWESOME!

Sat at the bar because it was busy. The prices are moderate (about $15 - $25 per plate). The service is excellent; every employee was working quickly to fill the order of a very busy evening. Our bartender looked like the actor who plays The Punisher on Netflix. He was great. The two couples on either side of my husband and I knew each other and they made space for us to sit between them and they were also really nice, cool people. Everyone was so friendly that we thought we had entered a sort of Nirvana of dining. Awesome place and we'll definitely return!
