Not just convenient... They value all customers and very willing to make you satisfied and feel important. Sandwiches are fabulous. Try lettuce wrap. Lettuce tortillas! They always remember your name like Cheer's 🥂🍾🍺🍻🎉🎊

QUICK PIT STOP ! My wife and I stopped by here during our Sunday morning bike ride to buy a bottle of water. It was over 90F by 11am when we were heading home from our ride to Torrey Pines State Beach. My wife was out of cold water in her Hydro Flask and we still had a few miles to ride. We walked in together and my wife grabbed a bottle of cold spring water from a cabinet while I checked the place out.....we had never been in here before. They had a typical selection of wine and beer plus a deli counter where sandwiches could be ordered. My wife paid $1.45 for the bottle for water and we left. Probably does good business with the tourists !

I lived in San Diego over 20 years ago. I still dream of the Pastrami Sandwiches I would get for lunch at the Deli. We're planning a trip to San Diego this January and I'm planning a special stop for lunch at the Del Mar Liquor and Deli ! Bill Anderson - Las Vegas Nevada.

I really like this place as a sandwich shop. the quality is spot on... fresh veggies and bread, top quality Boar's Head meats. It's everything you need in a sandwich. The ladies that make the food are friendly and welcoming. This is the most economical lunch in Del Mar village area by far. You can even call in your order so its ready when you get there. Watch the time though, they shut down the deli at 2 pm. They have two little outside tables on the side of the building but I've never been able to sit at one because they were already taken. I eat here about once a week for lunch. For such a tiny place, they have an excellent selection of wines and spirits as well. Not that I'm picking up a 5th and a straw to go with my roast beef, but I have brought a nice bottle of red home to share with my wife now and again.
