I JUST WENT IN SUBWAY in Solona beach ANd The girl told us it was closed It was 6:55 pm She had already closed all the area and she said bye.The worst customer service ever so disappoint in establishment that 5 minutes before they closed that you can order food.I go to the location every week I never ever receive that treatment.

I never even care to leave reviews but this subway needs to either give the girl working there a raise or fire her because it’s clear she’s miserable working there. Couldn’t even warm up my cookies for 10 seconds! That’s how little attention was given to me. And I was wondering why I was the only customer there. Take this as a sign to never go there unless you really have to.

Sandwich was not bad BUT She doesn't allowed me to refill my Coke. She said "No refill at this time". "What kind of time? When these rules have been changed?" I've paid for it a full price. These people so greedy that don't allow to fill a cup for thirsty customers. I've been eating at Subway "forever" but nobody and never verbally assault me like in this place. My advice don't go there. Save your money for a better place.

I walked inside the Subway on Lomas Santa Fe Road and saw the place look empty except for an employee having a break at the bar stool. I said hello to be friendly and waited patiently. After five minutes, a man comes out that looks like the manager and I said hello. He seemed to be on his way out. A few seconds later two more girls come from the back of the room and one stopped to help me. I greeted her with hello and how are you doing. I ate the sandwich there an noticed that when customers enter the store a bell rings. Also, the staff greeted the other customers and was at the counter. Maybe, I came on a change of shifts about 3pm on a Saturday.
