Someone needs to teach the heavy set karen at the window how to talk to customers. I asked for my whopper to have no tomato and add cheese but I forgot to tell her and I was kind about it when I got to the window. I had said that my fiancé was allergic to tomatoes, but I wasn’t thinking about it at the time because I was distracted. She told me “well you should’ve remembered that”. And she slammed the window. I said some unkind words but I don’t take disrespect when I was being nothing but respectful to you. It wasn’t until after that and I asked for the manager she apologized. Might I also add, she gave our drinks to another customer and I watched her only wipe it off with a sanitizer towel. We didn’t get new drinks.

I went into the drive through on 05/12/2022 around 6:55. As I was thinking on my order I was asked two separate times very rudely of what I wanted. As I was stating what sauce I wanted, I was interrupted right off the bat and was told no we don’t have that. The woman continued to be rude up u til I told her she was rude. She said thank you so I drove off. I hate McDonald’s but would rather go eat there than here at this point.
