I am giving this 5 stars for the 2 people that showed up on a very busy Friday night and still put out a good product. They let you know up front there was going to be a wait. They maintained a friendly and professional manner. If LC has a bonus system, the 2 working on 2/18/22 in Socorro, NM deserve one.

I ordered online and said I wanted to pick up via drive thru. I didn't realize people can also order at the drive thru, then they just sit there and wait until their order is ready. This is not a good system. I ended up stuck in line behind people who had just ordered. People ordering at the drive thru should have to leave the line and go park and then they can get a notice when their food is ready. When their food is ready, then can swing back through the drive thru and pick up their food. When I told the worker I was there to pick up an order, he told me it would be quicker to go inside. I didn't want to go inside! If I had wanted to go inside, I would have done that in the first place! I sat at the order speaker for a while and no one ahead of me went anywhere. Finally, I backed out really carefully, parked, put on my mask, and went inside to pick up my pizza. Pain in the neck! The pizza was good though, so I was happy for that. The workers were nice too.
