Ordered a simple order through drive thru- sausage mc griddle and hashbrown with 2 pies. They had me wait at the front door for 30 minutes to give me the wrong order. I went inside to fix the order. Then checked again and it was still the wrong order. Worst Mc Donald's I've ever been too. Mind you I wasn't rude or anything just trying to get breakfast man.

Almost always an issue with drive-thru orders. Either cold food, wrong order, or both. Order fresh fries and they ask you to park and bring out cold, old fries. Nuggets are always cold and rubbery like they've been sitting under a heat lamp too long. The past few months this location has gone downhill. I never complain (look at my other reviews) but someone has to know about the consistent bad service and food here.

Glad for this location however it was for a coffee stop and the coffee was a little on the weak side I believe. Have drank McDonald's coffee for years but I don't know why the difference here. Excellent customer service.

This McDs is the fastest on planet earth idk how they do it tbh my food is ready at the drive thru in like 10 seconds. Don’t wanna jinx it but they have yet to make a mistake on an order of mine. Green chili double cheese for $2.

Your average McDonalds location. Nothing overly different at this one, service was average, and order was accurate. The location however is a needed one with not much else around. Socorro has a limited selection of places to eat, especially fast food wise, and the location was a welcome stop after cutting across the open country between Ruidoso and San Antonio, since its located just off the highway.

Ordered 2 drinks took about 13 min outside waiting. Our drinks were melted when we got them. 3 cars behind us got their orders first. Bad service.

came this morning for a quick breakfast, worker Rene was super rude for quite literally no reason when asked about the menu. besides him food was super good.
