Checkers

In my 27 years living in Georgia, I have never had such outstanding Service and Quality of food from Checkers. We were so impressed with the taste and temperature of the food, as well as the service exceeded all expectations to the point that we circled back around, and got another order of the Monsterella Cheese sticks and Fries. So hot, so fresh, and fast..... couldn't be any better than that. You will not be disappointed in any way. Thank you for being spectacular at what you do, you all have restored my faith in Checkers!

This Checkers was an absolute nightmare to visit. I wish I could give absolutely no stars. So we beagan ordering our food and we were excited because we had been on a 4 hour drive and it was out first stop of the day . We ordered boneless chicken, a half pound of chicken bites, and loaded fries. We were pulled up and made to wait on our order, which we had absolutely no issue with whatsoever. We were about ready to pull of when I noticed we hadn't been given our bbq sauce for our 1/2 pound of chicken bites. So I had to mask up and go inside and ask for it to which they tried to charge me 27 cent for when they didn't even give me the one I already paid for. I then asked if I could have another one because they gave me 1 sauce for 1/2 pound of chicken. They charged me 27 cent for that one even though I had to 1.)Be pulled up for my order to be done. 2.) Come inside the resturant and prove (by restating my whole order) that I had literally just been there seconds ago and 3.) We waited a good 15 minutes on that food and it was gross (pics below just for proof) . I asked for the number of a district manager and/or supervisor over the gm because she did not care at all and I got the number of the store. People please save yourself time, money, and, frustration. This Checkers is 100% a no go.

Went through drive thru, young man was taking my order could barely hear him. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, small Sprite for my wife. Then ordered big Buford, small Dr. Pepper, no ice. The boy taking my order said something talking to low for me to understand him. I said excuse me I didn't understand him. Then a very loud agitated voice of a female employee said we don't have Dr Pepper but had Mr Pibb. I said that would have to do. I pull up to window, the boy gave me our food, then hands me my Mr Pibb, it has ice in it. I tell the boy I ordered no ice, now this loud rude woman hollers to pull up to the door. I wait 5 min, so I back up to window, no other customers there or inside. When I get back to window the loud rude woman says the boy has my drinks coming out the door. Thre rude woman tells me I didn't say no ice when I placed my order. I tell her that I did. She kept on and on about it, very rude. She needs to be better trained and seek anger management! My burger didn't have any barbecue sauce on it pretty plain. Don't even know why I them a 2.
