Pizza Hut

Been calling for an hour to have food delivered for my company because the app doesn’t work if someone else had your number at some point. I finally give up and drive to the restaurant and stand in line with the phone still calling I hear no ringing on their phones at all and when I get to the counter I show her that I’m calling and asked if the phones were turned off she replied with “yes because we got busy earlier”. I’m sorry but in my experience that’s not how you conduct business I lost almost an hour of work today simply because they wouldn’t pick up a phone

Went there Sunday it was horrible the person cutting the pizza was doing it so loud my daughter thought she was trying to chop the table apart. Cooks didn't have on hair nets. I had ordered a salad we paid and sat down 3 more people walked in order and sat down they also ordered salads they received there's before me then I was told there wasn't any salad. Kinda upset because I can't eat pizza. Should be first come first served since I had already ordered and paid for my salad. We won't be back. Wish I could give 0 stars but it's not an option

They forgot to give me everything on my order and when I called to let them know all they told me was to come back and pick it up and with gas prices plus the inconvenience of not having all our food for my family plus being all the way across town I feel they should have done a little more then just that. Other then that the food was normally what you expect from pizza hut.
