Best barbecue I’ve ever had. Better than Evie Mae’s. The brisket was perfect: thickly sliced, perfectly tender, not the least bit dry, with a very well executed crust around the edges. Really nice ranch style beans. Cole slaw was excellent and flavorful. Facility was roomy and clean. Gonna go back up and order dessert when my wife isn’t looking.
Delicious food! We got the 4 meat platter with Mac and cheese, beans and side of coleslaw. We are traveling through and decided to stop here, highly suggest!
