Mod

We had a great experience at this MOD Pizza. I think this is one of the best we have tried, if not the best one. The staff was great. Dayton helped us a lot with our order, he was very friendly and he recommended a lactose free cheese for our lactose intolerant order. The food was ready pretty soon and the taste was excellent. We will return for sure!

You would think that the odds of having one good experience in the 5 times I’ve eaten here would be high but not so. I’ve never waited less than 15 min for an online order placed 20 min prior. Last time I was here I got a fountain drink with no carbonation and today a month later…..still no fizz. I mean zero fizz. Pizzas are always tasty and the ingredients are fine quality. The salads I can’t say the same. I seem to catch the lettuce on its last leg and a day from turning to liquid. Staff are exactly as they should be….young and willing to provide good service and full of energy. Just can’t seem to get a good experience from start to finish at the Ridge Mod. Will I be back? Yes of course…..and I will order 30 min ahead of time before the 15 min drive and check the fizz before I do fountain biz. Sorry salads….can’t take the order ahead risk.

Thought I should update my posting on this place nothing has really changed as far as the food goes. The main thing is they now put a huge priority on online orders versus Watkins and essentially ignore you until The orders have stopped. I'm hoping that ownership reads reviews because they need to have a dedicated employee at all times for walkins. The whole point of this restaurant is that they are made on demand it is hard to get exactly what you want from an app versus telling the person in front of you to add a little more of this or that.

8 employees here and not one over the age of 17... the customer service was non existent and after calling in an order was treated with great disrespect and upset by the supposed 'manager' if you can call ber that (no kore than 18 herself...) had to argue with her to take my order over the phone and then got there 20 minutes later to have them tell me they were just starting my order....needless to say i will not be giving a single penny to MOD again in the future.
