Oh snap!!! My regular Starbucks in Loganville closed down so I have been visiting the Snellville one. I HATE the line BUT the barista was awesome. Made the wait enjoyably tolerable. He acknowledged the wait and thanked me for my loyalty. Even upsold me breakfast sandwiches and glad he did. Thanks Snellville Starbucks.

My espresso are so sweet today I put only 3 pump of classic syrup they add like 8 pump on here. It happened a lot of time too. And of course they can not tell because there are no number on the label.

Most of the time it's excellent, fast service and good quality and tasting items. Last time I went it was obvious the barista didn't want to be there and took her time getting 1 fast, cool drink packaged up. It was all ready to go an sitting on the counter, but I had to wait 5-7 minutes for her to get it packaged because she wouldn't let me just take my drink :(

this is my new favorite starbucks because their mobile order system is always working. I always place my mobile order before work and they always get my order correct and I have never had an issue. I come almost daily because it is next to my job. love the baristas at this starbucks!! very sweet employees. this location is very busy, they do a great job managing. the drive thru always goes pretty quickly considering how many cars there is. thank you for all your hard work <3

Why would you give me something that looked like that. If I pay way more than something is worth I want it to be right. This is a prime example of why I don't like this particular location. There's nothing trivial wasting people's time and money.

Disappointed this time. Yesterday 9/3/21, stopped to buy an ice coffee, drove away and notice the cream has curdled, had lots of floatties. Drove back hit the drive thru explained that the cream was bad, they said the cream was good, but swapped me out. The coffee they gave me was unmixed and when I stirred it up, guess what, curdled cream. I drove around for the 3rd time and asked for a refund. I get it that "stuff" happens, but I the employees really didn't seem to care, and after 3 tries I would have expected some sort of acknowledgement of an issue.
Not the best photo, but this was coffee, liquid sugar and cream. How does this pass the eye test from the barista :)

This place use to give great service but not so much recently. I always make my orders online and recently when I go my order is incorrect…. I’m not so sure about what’s so hard to just read the ticket. I always sub regular milk for almond and I always get no whipped cream. They always put regular milk or give me whipped cream. It’s so annoying! I’ll go to web gin from here on !

My son and I pulled in to Starbucks, decided to park and go in inside but when we tried to go inside, the doors were locked. I finally got someones attention and they motioned that the inside was closed and motioned for us to go through the drive-thru. I pointed to the sign on the window which states that they're open until 9:30. He finally came and opened the door but only to tell me that they were closed. I again mentioned what the sign said and a female employee came up behind him and mouthed "it's 9:30". I didn't want to get her in trouble so I left. I'm calling Corporate tomorrow.
