Bonefish Grill

We were not planning to go to this place last night but our first choice restaurant had a 35 minute wait. As we approached the front desk, we were greeted right away and told that there was a 10-15 minute wait. Not bad! We were seated by the host and the waiter asked us for our drink order. He brought the drinks but we had to ask if he could bring us some bread! We shouldn’t be asking! We also asked for side plates and the server must have forgotten about it. We ended up getting them ourselves! We ordered fish and chips and they were good, not a lot of chips though! I ordered the new item from the menu-pasta with grilled jumbo shrimps. The shrimps were very tasty! There’s quite a lot of pasta, good tasting pasta but quite a bit spicy for me! Overall, it was a very pleasant visit!

We had made reservations and when we approached the host stand the employee seemed occupied with whatever was behind the stand and had an attitude as if she needed a nap, wanted to go home and needed to get right with the Lord. We explained we had a reservation, without saying the name of our party and instead of the employee asking the name of the reservation she blurted out a last night which obviously wasn’t ours. I thought that was very unprofessional, she should have asked us instead of assuming. I then later saw her and another employee sitting at a desk table chatting after they had bussed the table and were resetting it. Again, unprofessional for a restaurant that is a bit more upscale. The dining floors are super slippery so proceed with caution! Our waitress was so-so as far as her customer service and attitude. I will say she definitely took care of us in a sense that we didn’t have to ask for much, as it should be that way. Except our waters constantly stayed empty! The calamari is a must order, I believe I ordered the pineapple martini, if that’s what it is called I highly recommend it as well. The drinks are very good in flavor and pretty strong. There was not one thing that was ordered that was not good or that we had a complaint about. The bathrooms were pretty clean except for toilet bowls and seats were sort of nasty. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant but possibly at a different location.

Date night was great. Had reservations but get there a bit early and they seated us right away instead of waiting. Staff was very polite and omg the food was tasty and fantastic. The manager walked around and was hospitable to all guests and ensured everything was up to par. Very happy dining here. Will definitely do it again.

Came here for a quick lunch and it was decent. Server wasn’t aware of what was available, offered us a flavored margarita that wasn’t available and a dip that wasn’t available. We ordered another dip but he never bought it out. The drinks we did get were delicious and the food was decent. I had the fish and chips and it was okay. Overall, I wouldn’t be mad about going again.

The bread was absolutely delicious with the provided dipping sauce. However, my deduction of one star is the salad greens. It was not fresh. Hints of red and browning leaves ruined my appetite. The calamari was fantastic. Also the pecan crusted trout was cooked to perfection. Artichokes were lovely. The Blackened salmon pasta was a tad bit salty but could've been from the white wine sauce. Overall pretty good. Don't serve saald that looks the way it did though 👍🏾

Food is always good here. This was our first time at this location. Nice place to grab lunch for my birthday. Collins was our waiter who was very nice. Everything was going well until the long blonde hair we discovered in our dipping oil. We were told they could do anything about that but replace our bread and oil🤨. At the end of the mask the manager can't over and wished me happy Birthday with a card and a complimentary dessert gift card.
