Subway

Truly an updated and clean place (cleanliness is very important in covid times for us seniors). Their sandwiches are fully packed, and great to eat! I wasn't sure I could open my mouth wide enough! I highly recommend this Smyrna Subway. Very friendly servers and very people friendly and the choices looked and tasted fresh and the choice of dressings were very tasty too. A real thumb's up!

Ordered off Uber eats to pick up. There was not an option for toasting my subs. So I called their phone number 4 times to have them toasted and headed right over 10 minutes before they were even supposed to be ready. I asked the lady if they could toast them. She advised they were bagged and ready. I explained and she was rude and asked if I wanted the whole thing just heated. Mind you I explained I called and head over to make sure they were toasted. She then had an attitude and was told someone she needed help because she had to take my sandwiches apart to heat them. I don’t plan to return. Why not just say on Uber orders come as is ? Instead treat someone like that, even knowing they called your store several times and your phone is not working. Worst service ever.
