Burger King

Just poor service all around. Unfortunately we did not get a receipt or I would register a formal review with BK. Wife took my girls through drive thru. Both of the kids meal cheese burgers were NOT plain as we ordered so of course them to eat was a huge pain. The did NOT give us the chocolate milks for kids meals. Next they didn’t give us any straws. My wife ordered half and half tea and they gave her just sweet tea. Also, it was not even busy and they asked my wife to back up them pull forward in order to reset the timer since it was taking so long to get the food. Then they had her pull forward to wait longer (there was no line)

French toast/hashbrowns were piping hot!!soo good. I didnt get her name so, the CAUCASION young lady with the tattoos gave OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! even though she had to take the drive thru orders,place the orders into a bag,prepare the drinks and give me the extra condiments I asked for. It seems as though they should have more workers, that's a bit much for one person. I appreciate her for maintaining a good attitude.

Visited the location at 1675 Gaylor St SE Smyrna, GA 30082 around 3:45 on 10/24. Horrible experience. I waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru for my order as there was no way to get out of the line (cars in front and behind me)!! Once I got to the window I even had to question how much longer for my order. And there were no customers on the inside so I don’t understand the reason for the incredibly long wait time. I only ordered a whopper with no onions and extra pickles. While waiting I observed a guy bag a order, walk outside and deliver the order to the car waiting in front of me, then go inside and continue bagging orders without washing his hands or changing his gloves. He also wore his mask under his nose. Once I finally received my order I asked for packets of ketchup and was told they ran out earlier in the week. I asked for a receipt for my order and was told the printer is down. And to top this horrible experience off, I got home and discovered my burger had extra Mayo slathered everywhere, to the point that when I bite into the burger Mayo dipped from the other end. It was disgusting. I will not be returning and I would like a refund for my time and inconvenience.

Well my grandson wanted Burger King (w/ playground) so we went here to get him some chicken nuggets and fries. Unfortunately the playground was closed. Restaurant was clean and bright. The front counter person was friendly. Took our order, gave us our cups for the 50,000 types of coke products machine lol and we were off to find a socially distanced place to sit. Order was up fairly quickly and everything was as expected. Sign saying refills required a new cup, just ask at counter. Everyone wearing mask. Preparers had gloves and mask. Tables blocked for proper distancing. Everything was as should be expected. Fries were a little on the limp side. Usually better than today. All and all everything was fine and everything being done for everyone's safety.
