I called the store to get a to go order placed. As you can see I was placed on hold for 9 minutes. I had the phone continue while I was driving somewhere else to get my lunch so that I could get back to work. I could hear them laughing and talking about many inappropriate things as I assume the phone was just placed face down in the back. I will never be back to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone else. You can double check the number in the screenshots as the number is this location's phone number.

Tried this location for the 1st time tonight. Perhaps the food was horrible because we arrived 30mins prior to closing? - but it was BAD. We got 2 orders of the grilled shrimp skewers meal - the shrimp was inedible. Tiny overcooked boiled shrimp loaded with old bay seasoning - definitely not grilled as advertised. I used to get this dish all the time a while back and it was SO good - large juicy grilled shrimp with real seasonings. These shrimp were far from that (I should have taken a picture they were so bad). The bed of rice was hard as rocks and the fries were completely stale. The green beans and broccoli were edible (but far from delicious). Don't think I'll be back and wouldn't recommend anyone going past 9pm.
