Wingstop

First time there and will definitely go back for orders. The two worker's were very polite and patient explaining the menu. I ordered the lemon pepper bone in wings, they were fresh and seasoned well. The sweet tea was watered down. Will order different drink the next time. Didn't go back to exchange drink because they were so kind. Was warmly greeted when entered establishment. The management should take notice of their personnel.

Ordered late at night and was impressed. Pros: Staff was pleasant, food was fresh, order prepared and ready on time, order was correct, fries and lemon pepper wings were amazing (lemon pepper wings are on the zesty side) Con: The Parmesan garlic wings were tasteless Would visit again but in my opinion, wing stop wings are average wings.

Last night I placed an order. When I got home I was missing 10 wings. I called when I realized this and was put on hold once for 35 minutes and another for 10. I called a third time and left my information and was told I would be called. I never received a call back. Today I called and they said I could come pickup the ten wings I didn’t receive last night and that they would write my name down in the book. Instead of being given the wings I was given 10% off and not my money back for the wings. The manager told me there was nothing else she could do although I paid full price last night. As as paying customer I should have been refunded completely. Wings are good but bad management can make a horrible experience.

WING DAY! BEST DAY!! This order was amazing. MGR. Mr. Baker kept his word. He redeemed a BAD Experience into an Amazing One!!! :-) The food was Delivered HOT, Prepared to Perfection; Juicy & Crispy Wings; Cokes were Strong & Sippy Good; the Fries were Crispy & Delish! No sickness. I ate for two days. Thank you kindly, MGR. Mr. Baker. :-)

Today on November 27, 2020 I went here to The Wingstop on S. Atlanta Rd in Smyrna ,Ga for lunch. I tried the Lemon Pepper Thighs. They were cooked perfectly to perfection !!!!!!! The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional!!!! The restaurant was very clean and spotless !!! My order was ready in a few minutes !!!! My Food was Hot and Very, Very, Delicious!!! There was no long wait time at all !!!! The Chef is The Best !!! The Food was so Great I came back and ordered dinner for my Family later the same day !!! Thanks Wingstop !!!!!

Every time I go to Wingstop I have a good experience my food always comes out hot I'm always greeted with respect and politeness even if they might be just a little busy they reassure me and let me know how busy going to be and let me know that my food will be out on the time of fasting soon as it gets time
