Great customer service. One of the donuts we ordered was not available and the rep went to the back where more was cooking. We waited 5 minutes and the rep gave my son 2 for 1 for waiting. My son was happy!

There was only one guy working by himself at this drive thru and walk in Dunkin. It was busy in the driv thru, but I was the only one in line! He was kind. He continued to let me know he was conscious of me. In the end he gave me my drink for free for my patience. I appreciated his patience just the same.
