My absolute favorite 7-Eleven is on Terry Rd and Route 347 in Smithtown. James is the new manager and is top notch in customer service and his care for the store being well stocked and well kept. I can always count on fresh coffee or FREE coffee with my 7-Eleven Rewards app. The employees are always friendly, helpful and courteous. I enjoy seeing and speaking to some of my favorite 7-Eleven employees, who are like family to me. A big shout out to some of the hardest working people I know - James, Ali, Karen and the rest of the staff there. You’re the BEST!

Best 7-Eleven location in the whole of New York. The white fella in glasses who works there is the best 7-Eleven employee I've ever come across. His turnaround time in preparing buffalo chicken rolls and the way he packs them for customers is out of this world!

The guys at this 7-11 are always a great way to start my morning on the way to work I stopped here for coffee and a muffin and they are always Pleasant from the moment I walk into the store to the moment I walk out.

This location has to be the cleanest, well stocked, friendliest 7-11 In the entire area !!! James is an Excellent employee. I was in Supermarket business 45 years . I know a good operation when I see one !!!!!

I went into 7-11 today and a really nice woman was being helpful with the coffee, and was trying to help find everything that I couldn't find. I thought she was a customer just being sweet and helpful. I found out, that she was the owner . Thank you ! Very nice person .
