10/10. Anytime I order from them on doordash they ALWAYS call to ask if I want substitutes if somethings out stock. Everyone is super friendly, the food is A M A Z I N G and their iced tea is sooo good

Always go with my kids and husband. We love the bagels and sandwiches. I witnessed a rude customer and the way the owner dealt with her was amazing. She was not only rude to him after he was polite but to the teenager who was helping her.

Good bagel stores. Hopefully, my lesson with the kid taking my order stays. I asked for a bialy with a smear. In NY, ease that's a bialy with cream cheese. Oh, the youth. Other than that great store, lotsa options.

This is a great small business in the heart of Smithtown. They offer everything from bagels, breakfast, lunch, salads, sandwiches, paninis, etc. Huge amount of beverages to choose from. They are very nice and accommodate you as quickly as possible. Haven't had a bad meal yet. And I find their prices reasonable in the state of inflation were in. How should I start this? This place is awesome, I never had an issue with the staff and food is amazing. I would love to give a ten 🌟 but limited to 5. The owner Seth is an amazing person. Knows how to treat his workers highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch.

Best place to get your Bagel fix. Everything is always fresh never had a bad experience cause the guys there stand behind great food.They are always super friendly. Not sure why I’m seeing one stars on here maybe they didn’t get their morning coffee yet. Prices are good compared to other places I’ve been, keep it up 👍🏻.
