Lately I haven’t been ordering the mix green pizza especially on the weekends the group that’s on the weekend are very unprofessional. Today I order one and they soaked up with dressing when I call the girl was rude when I said I was going to report them she said that they spill the bottle by accident. I post the picture cause I don’t understand why will they send me this pizza . Place sucks will not buy pizza from that location again .

The food here is very good. There are always specials that make the cost more than reasonable. I recently had an issue with my order of Buffalo fingers being overcooked. The shift lead was very understanding and helpful. They remade the order for me today, free of charge, and it was perfect! The owner made the order himself and was very apologetic for the issue. Their salads and the boneless Buffalo fingers are seriously the best (no exaggeration). My wife and I order here a few times a month and any time I want Buffalo tenders this is my go to place.

Fantastic people work here!! The place is clean, hospitable at all times, the food is delicious!! The franchisee runs the place the way I didn't realize it was franchised. He always goes extra mile for his customers and his employees. I witnessed it time after time!! My wife and her friend occasionally spend time in there studying. And she always told me how the crew is so hospitable and kind towards them. So kudos to this business for being the best place around!

So, wife called in an order LG pepperoni & cheese, Italian grinder, Cesar salad. They tell us 25 minutes and give her the price over the phone! I get there , give wife's name and they start asking me what order was. I go over it and they still can't find the order? To make matters worse , there are only two females there who could have answered the phone and took our order. I waited another 30 minutes for our food only because I like your pizza!!! This has been a constant theme with this particular store in Smithfield and I think quality control is out the window here! I think we will no longer do business because this has happened before...

Young lady who took our order over the phone either doesn't belong in customer service or just didn't care about our order. We ordered 4 items and 3 of them were screwed up. They did however refund us our whole bill. 💲💲💲SWEET!!!💲💲💲 So dinner is on them. So if you don't care what you're going to get to eat. Order from them.. If they screw up they'll give you your cash back. It was pretty good food besides that. Thank you!😉
