The Thirsty Beaver Smithfield

My husband & I stopped for a bite to eat after a hike. It was our 1st time here and as we drove up it was all decorated with Christmas lights, which gave it a welcoming feeling. Very nice and clean inside. Service was good, food was good and the prices were reasonable. We would come back if we should be in the area again!

Clean atmosphere. Friendly and attentive server. The food was delicious. I had nachos with chicken and they were amazing!! The toppings were layered so you don’t just get plain chips in the bottom 😋 and they were not shy with them. You know how sometimes you go to a place, have a great drink, ask for a second one and it doesn’t taste the same?! Well not here. I had two cranberry mules and they were both consistently yummy.

This is a great place with great atmosphere! The staff is extremely friendly, the food is great and the drinks are affordable! They do karaoke on Thursdays and it's just so much fun to hang out with the squad and have a few drinks after a long day. Follow me on tiktok for more local reviews @blackausie

Drove all the way out to this place for food and drinks. It was a busy Thursday night parking was ridiculous. Upon walking in I said table for 2 and was sarcastically told it would be at least an hour wait. There were several empty tables around Hostess said tables were "reserved" and there was no room at the bar and if we wanted we could stand there and wait until someone left. Guess my money was no good for them. Won't be going back to this place again. Staff was not accommodating. Since when does a bar/pub take reservations anyway not like it's a suit and tie white tablecloth kinda place.
