Looks ran down and unkempt, but it actually is very well kept and very clean. Staff members very attentive to presentation, cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance. Staff very pleasant and curious. Food always prepared adequately and according to customers specifications and special requests.

I recommend having the haibachi steak shrimp and scallops. And there freshly prepared sushi. I eat there at least once a week . And you get a lot of food for the price I can never finish it all. Plus I think it is a lot better for you than getting something from a fast food place. And they take care of their regular customers. I'm probably going to go there tomorrow evening it is sooooo good 👍😉

I stopped here for the first time since I work in Smithfield. The food tasted great, but it was not as good as the food that I receive from the other Yummi Japan on Glen Road in Garner, NC.

Stayed at the Tru by Hilton and had a long day of driving so we didn't want to go far. This was close, had great food, quick service good price for a family of 3 ($30 total).

2 Hibachi chicken with extra chicken and a salmon roll. Friendly staff, quick turn around for hot fresh dinner. Highly recommend.

Very good food and not a long wait. Food always made fresh, you can see them make it, open kitchen. My favorite is the chicken hibachi and you get 1 yum yum sauce with it and the crab and cream cheese wontons. I’ve had their steak and shrimp hibachi as well, very good.

Decent size portion and a acceptable price. I felt like the noodles for my soba were a little on the thin side. But that's personal preference. Not a lack of quality. Good white sauce.

Best take-out ever! Make sure to get the white sauce, just get extra... You are going to need it. The bowls are delicious, I always like to add extra vegetables to everything, they are so good. Service is always fast and friendly. They have an outdoor seating area. Definitely worth the trip no matter where you are from.

My mouth is very happy right now.. got the Scallop Express Bowl and it was everything I needed. The scallops were perfectly cooked with crispy edges and melt in your mouth tenderness. My broccoli and mushrooms were delicious alone, even better when mixed around with the white sauce. Sat outside and enjoyed every second of eating this.
