Wendy's

The food comes out hot so that’s nice, considering most fast food comes out warm at the best. The reason I am giving this Wendy’s branch three stars is because of the customer service. As a business owner I understand that the employees and the quality of service they offer are the face of the company. The customer service was less than average. Something is usually wrong with the order ie: pickles/mustard on the burger when it was specifically ordered to not have either. I mean how long does it take to assemble a new patty with cheese and lettuce on a bun without mustard? About five seconds. Thank the Good Lord my son who ordered the burger isn’t allergic to mustard seed! In my case, it was an issue of distaste, but the employees who work in the food service industry need to believe how important of a job they have. Millions upon millions of people on the go eat fast food daily, and millions of those customers have specific food allergies and request these foods to not be included in their order. They don’t order special items because they are picky, they order what they do to avoid having to use their epinephrine pen or an emergency trip in the hospital. Please keep this in mind when ya’ll are preparing folks food please.
