Smoothie King

Went to get a smoothie, I am a first time customer, and I will not be back. We started by ordering a wellness smoothie and didn't realize it had caffeine in it and asked them to not make it. We then pulled back around to try again and we were being laughed at by multiple people on the microphone. These employees made your company lose 20 dollars in sales, and no telling how many other people left in the same manner. I've never had such a confusing time ordering something, as you cannot just order a smoothie without many questions you must answer as well, which they don't tell u it will cost more by saying yes to some of the questions. I will go to your other location and try again and tell them what happened as well. You NEVER laugh at a customer!

Worst smoothie king!!! They can never make my order right! I asked for a chocolate gladiator with peanut butter smoothie and ended up with a really thick milkshake type drink that tasted like warm peanut butter! No where near the texture of a smoothie! It also gave me a horrible stomach ache so god only knows what was in it!
