They have "fast" down to a science: despite the line of cars wrapping twice around the building, your order is usually taken within 10 minutes and served within 25 -- and, on a good day, you'll be out in 10 minutes total. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the food is consistent with this brand. I stop here several times a year when driving out to see family and they have never disappointed. Please note that access to the restrooms has been unavailable since they stopped having dine-in service, but the gas station next door doesn't mind you popping by.

I would give 5 stars if your chicken is similar size to Canes Chicken, but NO. Your chicken is smaller or the same size a Waffle Fry! Stop this nonsense! I know you guys dont control what comes from the Food Truck. But you guys control what you give to the customer. If you come here to eat, DO NOT ORDER FRIED CHICKEN! I reccomend order anything not FRIED Chicken as you will be discourage by these portions. I had a 4ct Chicken Strip with Fries and Drink. I ate all chicken and all my fries. I was still hungry because the portion was so french. Go to Raising Canes or Ray's Time Saver for delicious Fried Chicken

I think they should revamp the procedures for delivery drivers. They only have three spaces for drivers but have ten for online orders. They are notoriously late for the drivers between 10 to 15 minutes late while drive thru people don’t have to wait that long. Very understaffed for the drivers. We don’t make any money just sitting there. Delivery people are definitely not their priority. We are last on the totem pole. Horrible management. I try to avoid them as much as possible.
