Subway

i use the app to order almost weekly. and im not joking.. every SINGLE time the order is wrong. ingredients are legit missing or on miss matched sandwiches. this 1 will have the cucumbers n the other will not but it was supposed to be the other way around. both supposed to have tomatoes but 1 doesnt. or no lettuce all together . horrible.. i can document at least 6 times in a row this has happened. scary to even order at all. i called the time b4 last and was told we ran out of such n such, yet no one called me. allowed me to pay and pick up then get home to be disappointed. young kids. rude. no one accountable.. seems like a free for all. i hate saying this bc i love subway but every time i order i get home and its wrong n missing something all together or is on the wrong sub. too many mishaps for a 10$ sandwich plus tax. i always at least get 2 so its over 20$. ridiculous. yet the slip is taped to the bag so they knew what was suppose to be on it but apparently they cant even read so why even bother? bc when u call they dont say or do anything

While I see that not all Subway restaurants are not participating in your buy 2 for $5 each deal, it also says that discounts will be applied at checkout. My local branch in skowhegan , me is not participating. It would have been nice to know that before I bought two sandwiches. The manager says that they are doing something like that but I with only 5 of their sandwiches. I asked how I would have known that and she tells me that it is in the shop. Well why would I be taking advantage of the app if I wanted to come into the shop? This will be posted on all platforms that I can find, this is the second time I've tried to use a "deal" that does not work like it looks like. Someone either needs to fix this location or fix your offers.

Placed my order on the app, wasnt ready at set tim . Only 5 mins late so no big deal till the woman behind the counter asks if I have an online order I say yes she toss one sand bag on the counter then grabs the other two bags off their toaster and throws them on the counte . I'm good I'll take my business elsewhere if placing my food on the counter without attitude is too much to ask for.

The Subway that is in Skowhegan Maine is a joke went there the other night to get a sandwich for dinner. Stood there for 25 minutes. there was 4 people in front o me and bout 6 people behind me. The girls made 2 Sandwiches for the old couple. then it was phone orders and internet orders they didn't make another sandwich for anyone standing in line. After another 5 minutes I walked out without a sandwich and so did 8 other people. Will never go to Skowhegan to get s sandwich the customer service is not even a 1 star but there is no choice for a 0 star rating. The girls working that night had no clue what working in a food industry entails. Not impressed. To be honest I have told several people about it and they have all said the same thing don't go to Skowhegan cause you won't get service.

Normally food here is perfectly fine. Everything is fresh and tastes great. Customer service is great as well. My BIG gripe with this subway in particular is the fact that they hardly have any bread around 8 pm. Which is when i am able to get there. This is the third or fourth time i've gone in and all they have is flatbread and wraps.
