I'm a huge fan of coffee! I really enjoy getting iced lattes. I went into this location and I was unsure what to order. I typically get the same thing but I wanted to try something new. The staff here was so nice and helpful in my decision making. Ultimately I did try a new drink and it was great! I will absolutely go back to this location.

The staff are nice and friendly.
I do have to comment that they make coffee different and it depends whose making it. It could be a hit or a miss every visit.
I noticed that they also overcharged you a dollar when I order the same EXACT drink on a different day. The prices varies.

We're new to the neighborhood and this is the second time ordering from this location. Our hashbrowns were burnt and we basically had to throw them away, my donut was stale and my coffee had too much cream when I specifically asked for just 1 cream( also the second time ). I don't think we've ever had this many issues everytime we've order from the same place. There needs to be better training because this is ridiculous.

Coffee always taste watered down. Never have a good experience when I come here. Place is just convenient when I really need to go here. I avoid it unless it's necessary.

This is second experience I had at this location….
1st time ordered curbside pick up and had me wait 30 mins in car while I was watching an agent taking selfie while my drink was in-front of her and I had to go inside and get my coffee
Today I ordered curbside pick up… I waited 1 hr and cops were called on me when I went inside and ask to bring my sandwich and drink to my car… never got my food

Worst Experience and most unprofessional people to try and work for. Got a interview for 3:30 on Wednesday March 17 and come to find out the manager wasn’t even there. Had to wait almost a hour and half and the person still did not show up. No professionalism at all and no decency. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ❌❌❌
