This location is a rip off.
I ordered a chicken noodle soup bread bowl for delivery.
When it arrived I received a half cup of soup containing one piece of chicken and a few noodles.
I don't recommend this location.

The sandwiches taste great. Too bad it is full of chemical flavor enhancers and preservatives. I am sensitive to food chemicals, and after eating Panera food, I get really bad head inflammation, back of head pressures. Before anyone tries to argue with this, let me clarify: chipotle, for example does not give me this problem. Neither does potbelly. Panera went on some mission a few years ago to declare that their food had no chemicals. That was all hogwash. I challenge an independent lab to analyze Panera's food for weird chemicals. I am certain they will turn up.

Pretty good. Food is delicious. They are so busy that they almost sound robotic :/. Ask for receipt bc you get rewards status on there.

I tried chicken and mozzarella cheese sandwich. It was so good and perfect matching with French onion soup. Sandwich bread was very nicely crunchy toasted. I really enjoyed this texture.

This Panera Bread in Niles is not the worst and does very well. I order the Mediterranean bowl with chicken very often on my lunch break. It is often prepared correctly, only a few times has the preparation been botched. Unfortunately, I am always given a spoon with this meal instead of a fork. It's not a big deal but it is very inconvenient waiting at the drive through window to ask for a fork since they have consistently given me a spoon with my salad. I just hope that they figure out that forks go with salads.

We drive thru at least once a week for the soups and Flatbread pizza. Staff is always friendly and it is nice to go there.
