Darling Restaurant

My wife and I are regular diners at the Darling Café because they always have delicious meals prepared with the freshest ingredients. The service is great, and so is the relaxing Manhattan style atmosphere. Last Saturday, my wife had an outstanding grilled scallop dish with pesto and fresh veggies, and I had a fabulous paella dish with clams, shrimp, scallops, and baby octopus sautéed in a rice and chorizo base. Absolutely outstanding! The owners are so friendly and very accommodating to your needs. The quality of the food served at this BYOB restaurant is on par with some of the best city restaurants, but all right here in Skippack…one of the area’s best kept secrets!

Hidden gem in Skippack!! Had dinner there for the first time and it was excellent! We had both filet dishes which were cooked perfectly! Have been there many times for brunch or lunch. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Everything is good . We've never had a bad dish and have taken many guests.

Went to Darling Cafe this morning by myself and I must say, Darling is an understatement! This wonderful little cafe has an incredible atmosphere. It's New York City theme gives it such an elegant charm, I almost thought I was there! I do not exaggerate when I say this was the best meal I have had in 2018 so far! Clemencia is one of the most skilled chefs I have ever come across and her daughter Daniela is an unbelievably great server and business woman. I love that it is family owned and operated. Excellent place for a date night! I can't wait to come back!

We ate here last night and there was not one redeeming quality of any of the appetizers, salads, or dinners that would have us return. The best dish was the paella special and even that was a 5 out of 10. The “filet Mignon” was so bad it was returned after literally one bite. The restaurant was empty which was a sign. We left and went elsewhere for dessert.

Delicious! Ordered the filet minion with asparagus and it was ahhhh-mazing!! I could not get over how large the filet was (one of the biggest I've ever been served)!! Came here while in town but I'll definately try to come back. The server (Daniella) was friendly and attentive and I loved the new York city style decor but I'm biased as I live in Brooklyn
