Sonic Drive-in

Rotten meat! My dad's meat was white! Stop apologizing and do something about it, or give people a refund. Unless you want a lawsuit. Terrible management! I ordered a creamslush I got a slush, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with no bacon, I ordered onion rings and they were burnt plus no receipt. I emailed corporate because this was absurdity.

I advised the person taking orders that I thought the app was down. She told me I was lying and when I said " oh ok" she disconnected the intercom on me. I left to a local mom and pop and enjoyed that place more. Tasty freeze if anyone is interested in getting really friendly people. Who also have great food, drinks and ice cream.

We came in for 7 drinks, ordering on the app to hopefully help the process along, waiting over 45 minutes with no signs of them. Buzzed back in to make sure we weren’t forgotten about and were told it would just be a second. Absolutely no signs of anything coming any time soon and employees are outside talking and laughing and joking around with other customers with no care in the world that people are waiting and have been.

Normally a good spot to eat, but tonight was the worst service I have ever had at any Sonic. My son and I ordered a few coneys, some tots and a few onion rings and were told it would be "10-15 minutes." After waiting over 45 minutes we buzzed back in to see where we were in line and were told that our food would "be right out." After we reached the hour and a half mark we buzzed in again to ask how much longer it would be and we were told to "have a good night ". Would leave 0 stars if I could. Won't be back.

Closes 30 minutes sometimes an hour early. I'm not exaggerating when I say the last 6 times over a 3 month period I've been there service was horrible. I have never been rude either. Everything from the lot being almost empty and waiting 20 minutes to get a response when you're ready to order. The kids being rude and talking down to you like "it doesn't come with tomatoes, you should look at the menu." Managment being so overwhelmed because of all the complaints you can visibly see going on. Missing items every order. My wife orders extra ranch with her cheddar peppers, they rung the ranch up on the screen and not only didn't give her any ranch at all but burnt torn apart Peppers scattered all over the bag with no napkin. I have thought about writing this review for 3 weeks now, trying to be positive, but it's worse ever time I go. I refuse to go to sonic any more atleast this location..
