Papa Johns Pizza

Never ordering from here again. the last driver was a REALLY out of line disrespectful. He seriously had the audacity to get loud with me with me when I didn't answer the door fast enough. I was shocked and super uncomfortable! The last one and one a couple months prior (all male) had the same bad attitude! Stop hiring inappropriate employees with obvious anger issues! Food and employee quality has deteriorated in the past couple years.

Ordered delivery an hour early and it came on time. The pizza is good but that’s not why I’m irritated with it. I wrote on there for comments to please call since I’m in a secured building where they wouldn’t be able to enter. Saw her pull up and went downstairs to greet her outside. She’s sitting there checking her phone. My numbers on the receipt to call. Tried waving to her and she didn’t see. Finally opened her door and yelled to us. Didn’t even try to contact me than snapped with an attitude when I pointed out she was suppose to call which wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t standing outside watching her scroll for three minutes. Lost her tip when she got an attitude. Won’t be ordering again. Learn how to do your job maybe and it won’t be such an issue.

WOW SMH WHAT 7.3 miles from door to door and won’t deliver bc i live 2.7 miles outside of the coverage zone that’s crazy do better guys forreal you could have driven and accepted the tip as well as the extra money i offered to deliver. was always great pizza but truly a sad day when you won’t deliver!!!!!

The old delivery driver chewed me out! I ordered over the phone and my bill was 20 some odd dollars. I asked if they would take change for a 50 and the guy on the phone said yes. The delivery driver got to my house and started chewing me out saying no pizza place takes $50. I said the guy on the phone said it would be ok. I went inside and found different change, luckily my boyfriend had some cash. I give him the money and as she walks away he mumbles swear words under his breath. COOL.
