Panera Bread

Bad cooking as lettuce was old and you could tell manager was inconvenienced just by her attitude and snobby attitude along with the cook whom couldn't be bothered for a little butter for the burnt bread and served me and my husband maybe a half cup soup for the 2for2 deal and my husband ordered a full sandwich which and old lettuce on it gross and so much more like the cashier stands there when they are clearly not busy and they all talk and listen to music instead of cleaning tables and so on. Very disappointing and for what little we got and getting sick we won't return to this location.

Their "souffle" is good. Very fluffy eggs and nice flavor. They put it in a croissant-like shell and offer cheese, bacon, spinach and artichoke. My workmates and I really like them. Rachael helped them get the score they got. She is very customer-centric *_* Very difficult to get them on the phone...

This location has sadly gone downhill. I visited recently and an employee was standing by the register chewing off his cuticles. I asked if he could kindly wash his hands before getting a pastry. He looked offended. Coffee wasn't restocked, creamers were empty. I told the manager and he said that he is sorry, but they can't get decent employees lately and that the employee is usually in the back. I just returned tonight after a few months assuming things would be better, but it was the same thing. Everything was really dirty, too. 😞 Panera should really investigate this location.

We have always liked going to Panera so when they opened this one up, we were happy to be able enjoy it. The dining area is open and they also have a drive thru. There is an area to eat outside as well. The inside has been clean each time we go and the food is always delivered in a timely manner. You can order online, at a kiosk inside, or at the counter with an employee. There is a screen that let's you know if your order is being made or ready to go. They have a pick up location for to go orders. This location has been great at being diverse with their employees. The employees have been nice and helpful. This is located in a pretty busy area so getting in and out can be crowded and the surrounding roads are quite busy. Currently, masks are required inside the building.

Came in and the self order machines did not work while trying to pay with a card. When I did get the order, I got the wrong order(chipotle chicken sandwich instead of the pizza, this is understandable). Pizza was good when I got it but did they change the sizes of their soup? My wife got the CB soup and literally I could eat that with one gulp. Not sure what's going on but Panera is going down in quality.
