Arby's

Incredibly fast service (seriously, we were all impressed!) And man oh man did our food hit the spot. We try to eat somewhere new and different every Sunday after church. After our meal at Arby's, I commented to my father that this was the best lunch we've had out to eat in MONTHS! Sometimes a good ol classic roast beef n cheddar is what a person needs, I guess, because he agreed. I'm already planning on going back next Sunday 😂

Ruined my Valentine's day. We grabbed a quick bite before we had to be somewhere. I like Arby's and was surprised my husband suggested it since you do not have burgers. Ordered from the 2/$6 menu and a snack size drink. Employee, roughly our age says wait... Employee: "This would be cheaper with your senior citizen discount." Us: stare at her. "We are not senior citizens." Employee: You are not 55? Us, me mostly: No, but thanks alot. ( I was mad and nearly in tears as I took our cups from the counter. Tired of people assuming I am ancient. I am 51. I do not know if it is because I stopped coloring my hair or if it is because I am fat that you thought I was a senior citizen. Don't assume. I stopped going to restaurants when they assumed I was my child's grandparent. Maybe use some tact. Glad your store is not the only one in town.

It was busy! Nice fall day outside... Ordered shakes(delicious and pretty) sliders and fries.. Since they no longer have potato cakes(4 that I'd give them a 0). Too late to turn back around.. Called them to let em know no 🍟 fries. She already knew because they were sitting there hot and fresh waiting they just got missed in the busy drive-thru. She promptly emailed me out of free full meal. Very satisfied with this restaurant I will be a continued and satisfied customer nice job highly recommended

HORRIBLE experience Shorted food in the drive thru and staff expected us to drive back an HOUR out of our way to be refunded what we NEVER received… UMMMMM STEALING from customers!!!! Called to speak to a manager, he was absolutely 0% interested in customer service… pathetic Said “ I don’t care that we shorted your order, my boss won’t care either”.
