We understand the worker shortage, and that they were still dealing with drive thru, but the computer order kiosk was malfunctioning, then didn't have the options we wanted, and no one was helping customers in the front deal with this (or taking orders). It was frustrating, and if we weren't stuck there, we would have followed others back out the door. The food did come fast, however, and up to typical McDonald's standards. Good job to the staff that did show up!! They just needed more to operate the lobby area.

McDonald's hasn't been the same in years. I feel that the quality is poor. I worked for McDonald's (max pasley) back in high school and would've never gotten away with serving the poor quality and service that is being served these days. Fries are usually soggy n cold and big macs are usually slopped together and thrown in the box. And the people are so pleasant at these restaurants these days. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately my boys like McDonald's so it forces me there once in a while.

Drive thru service was extremely slow. There were 2 cars ahead of me and none behind me. The first 2 cars were directed to pull forward and it still took 15minutes to get a happy meal and sweet tea.

First off, the staff was friendly and food was good. The issue was that the second drive through was opened, so I went to it.... apparently the staff didn't know it was opened and we sat there for about 20 minutes until we finally left. And had to renter the drive thru on the "functioning" and then the other side started working. It was a 30 minute extravaganza.

Cleanest most efficient McDonald's we have ever been to. Fresh hot food, wonderful coffee and friendly employees. The managers are definitely doing something right in this store!

We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. At the pay window, the employee did not know what we had ordered (2 drinks). I had to tell him exactly what we ordered. He was dressed very poorly and yelling at other employees. Did not say 'hello' or 'thank you.' At the pick up window we waited another few minutes watching 2 employees talk to each other the entire time while our order sat on the counter. Save your time and go to Chick-Fil-A across the street!

I want to say how amazing this McDonald's is.I ordered through the drive threw and I couldn't find my debit card and told them I would come back around.My card was lost and I pulled into the parking lot ,an employee came out and gave me my order for free ,wishing me a Happy Mother's day holiday.Thanks so much for making my day even more special.Amazing people working there.❤

They are short on staff and this location is a HARD PASS. The lobby literally closes at 2PM , right in the middle of peak hours when employees from other businesses are try to go get quick service and a bite to eat.
It seems this Mickie D's (worst advertising move by Frak-Donald's ever made) does not care to lose customers or get drive-offs because the service is terrible. You will not get a regular soft drink in under 15 minutes here. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
