Golden Dragon

I'm somewhat new to the Sioux Falls area, but this is where I go to get Chinese food. I've eaten here three or four times, and I've never experienced any of the service issues that others apparently have. The good is very enjoyable; I always seem to order to the duck with pineapple & cherries. Its not an elegant dining experience, but the prices are also pretty reasonable.

First, let me say that if I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. We just ordered there not even an hour ago. I ordered sesame chicken and egg drop soup. The chicken was covered in soggy breading, the sauce had no flavor and half the container was wilted stringy lettuce! Disgusting doesn't begin to describe how it looked and tasted. The egg drop soup was horrid. Tasted greasy with no other flavor. No chunks of egg, nothing. My husband got beef lo mien with extra beef. There was no extra beef and it was flavorless as well. They didn't send chop sticks or plastic silverware. Though they did deliver very quickly, it was the worst food I've ever tasted and I will be telling all my family and friends to go elsewhere! Awful excuse for Chinese takeout.

The service we recieved was terrible!!! We ordered 80 dollars in food tonight. One of the items had mushrooms in it and were not listed online as an ingredient. I called back about it and was told it wasn't their fault I didnt know the item,was not made as listed. After arguing with him about it he said if I wanted to bring the item back he could remake it the way it states on the menu. But they wouldnt redeliver it. I asked to speak to a manager and he bluntly told me to call back tomorrow. Shortly after, my mother called to address it with a manger and a girl was on the phone this time. She told her no mangers were there. My mother asked the managers name and the girl wanted to know why she needed to know. Still she wouldnt say. I have NEVER had such horrible service! We could not even get a refund. Very dissatisfied! I cannot see this restaurant staying open much longer if the service is so terrible, the food is overpriced and not prepared as the menu lists.

First off, the prices are outrageous! Secondly, the food was nasty. No flavor and the seasome chicken looked like they just sprinkled seasome seeds on top and gave you at least half a head of lettuce underneath it. Beef and broccoli was alright, the service was very sketchy. Never will eat here again!

Easily the best Chinese in Sioux Falls. They have a lunch and dinner menu which clearly state at what time it switches over so if you don't pay attention then you may have to pay the dinner rate (It's 3pm); but it's only about a $2-3 difference depending on which entrée you get; well worth it. My personal favorites are the orange chicken and the sweet and sour shrimp.

Had delivery today and the rice was SOUR AND ROTTEN!! I called to complain and they told me they could deliver more from the same batch!! No I don’t want more ROTTEN rice. I was treated very rudely after I just spent $50 on ROTTEN food. I will be calling the health department on the morning. I also will NEVER order there nasty food again.

Possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever ordered! Kung pow & Mongolian beef were just drown in the same horrible sauce, more sauce then actual food. My son who will pretty much eat anything wouldn't even eat his. Since when do weird mushy noodles come with Mongolian beef??m Can't just up charge for pork fried rice instead of plain, which wasn't very good anyways. Will never order again.
