I was there at my mom, we want a small portion so we just order a $9 meal with a cup of water. The Chinese lady was super rude, she gave us attitude because we didn’t order that much food and on top she couldn’t make extra of the bottle of water she was going to charge us. She rolled her eyes when she was done with the transaction. We should of dropped the purchase and go somewhere else friendlier.

this is the WORST chinese food i've ever had. the rice tasted like it was just cooked with oil and maybe 1 carrot chopped up and the noodles were the same way but with a little bit of cabbage. when i went up i got some soy sauce out of their ghetto siracha sauce container of soy sauce, and it didn't make it taste any better. i then finally went to get a refund and the lady and man started yelling at me saying it was the soy sauce making it taste bad. do NOT eat here. they have horrible service and outrageous prices as well, it cost me $18 for noodles and rice. next time i'm there at that mall i will be warning people in person to not eat there just out of spite. they're pros at gaslighting people.

I’ve been here multiple times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every time I’ve went they staff has been rude, the food has no taste! They leave the same food out all day till it’s gone, I’m very disappointed I spent $14+ on food I couldn’t enjoy. Go to taco johns, you’ll have better tasting food at a way better price. Very disappointed, I’ve went here at least 3 times hoping the last time was just bad. I do not recommend at all!

This place had horrible customer service. I found a hair in my rice, I showed the lady in the front the hair so she could throw the rice away or tell the employees to wear hair nets..but instead the lady said that it was my hair. I told her it was in between the rice how could it have been my hair and we were going back in forth arguing that it wasn’t my hair since she kept insisting that it was. After that she told me that I shouldn’t be disrespectful when going out to eat places. I told her I wasn’t being disrespectful & that I wanted to talk to the manager. Then she said she was the manager. I asked to talk to the person higher then her and she said they were in China. I asked for a number & was given nothing. Then she told me that if I didn’t like the food that I should have cooked at home. She was not only being rude to me but also disrespectful. Ohhh, by the way..she also didn’t throw away the rice where the hair was found. Disgusting!!! I will not be eating there ever again!!!

Was there earlier today and my bill was $23.61 for 2 specials. The woman ran my debit card and said it was denied. So my wife paid cash while I called to see if there was a problem with my card. 5 minutes later, the $23.61 was charged to my card (mobile notification). When I told her what had happened and showed her my mobile bank statement, she refused to refund any money and called security on me. *UPDATE* Just tried calling them to speak with a supervisor. The # on their receipt rings to a construction company in California. The # listed on Google is no longer in service and if you try to have the Empire Mall connect you to them, it doesn't ring through. Obviously China Pantry is not reputable. Buyer beware.
