Hy-vee

Always great to go to my local hyvee. I get what I want and need. I recently went to get some strawberry, chocolate covered with a swirl, and a Charcuterie Board made by the famous Tony at 26th and sycamore, it was worth penny to talk things over with the professionals. Thank you Tony and hyvee for making a great party. Here's some pics to confirm.

I placed a drive up order for 11 items. Six of them needed to be substituted - these were not out of the ordinary items - hot dog buns,salami, cheese. The basics. Then I waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive up. 26th and Sycamore in Sioux Falls. Pretty sure I'm going to start going someplace else. Hy Vee has always been my go-to but this is the second really bad experience in less than 2 weeks with the drive-thru. I may just try a different location to see if that helps. But the 26th and Sycamore location changed their drive through method and it is not good! Not to mention in the flurry of texts that I got regarding having to substitute all these items, I'm told that due to technical issues my order will be an hour late and that I will receive a text saying when it's ready to pick up. Okay I get it those things happen. But then I get another text and say yep it's ready. Not really sure which one to believe so I go at my allotted time and fortunately it was ready. If you count 20 minutes in line being ready.
