Scooters Coffee

I think the photo speaks for itself. Like why? Update (02/12/2022) This location seriously just needs to clean house. The customer service is just awful. First the sand-which and then today I needed to call in an order for pick up and the girl was so put out that she had to write my order down. I get it we live in a world where apps rule how companies do business. I would rather oder online through an app. She was so snappy and wasn't listen to me and so i snapped back at her. I am worried that she may have spit in my drink now. I love Scooters coffee, but the employees at this location hate doing their job. Scooter please develop an online ordering system.

Usually I’m not the type to post reviews but it’s not hard to notice that the service is declining here. When I got my blender, it was watery, there was barely any ice in it to even call it a blender. This has been happening for several weeks now. I was there the other day and I got a chai tea latte with almond milk instead of regular milk (regular milk makes me really sick). The girl in fact did not substitute it, I think we all know how I realized. I know these may seem small, but for the past months it’s just these small things like getting the cookies mixed up, adding an extra shot instead of whipped cream, or something else are adding up and it makes the experience unpleasant. I really hope they can pay more attention because I’m probably going to go somewhere else for the meantime.

Simply wonderful experiences every time. The workers are always friendly, the drinks are always awesome, and it’s a great place to study or to catch up with a friend. Best of all, this location is open later than most coffee places in town, so if you need a late-night energy boost to help you prep for finals, this is the place to go. Scooters is the best coffee chain in town with a focus on incredible customer service and even better coffee.
