Overtime Sports Grill

We came in for the first time today. Dining section wasn't available for seating, only bar was. We weren't greeted as we walked in, but took a seat at a table right by the front doors. I checked the menu and looked at reviews to see which of the items that sounded good to me were reviewed well here on google. We didn't get waters or anything and I didn't feel like we would get that great of service during the meal to warrant us staying there by that point. So, we promptly left and went to Murphs for burgers. I read through some previous reviews and saw someone from the restaurant responded to a poor review by calling out the reviewer for only reviewing his bad experiences as if he must be lying. Are you kidding me? That's how you treat customers? Not all people review the good places, that's their choice, doesn't mean they are lying about the bad experience with you and just reading their response put such a sour taste in my mouth that I won't even be back to try it when the dining section is open.

Had wings, cooked to the point of extreme crispy dryness. Bartender did the right thing and alerted the manager. I guess inedible food is worth a 10% discount.... WOW. He didn't even offer to remake the order .... You make your own mind up. I know I have. Wait staff is awesome..... Mgr. not so much!!!!!

Food was good, I had the cheese steak flatbread. But the wait staff seemed a bit disorganized. When we first sat down one server was at another table chatting up her friend, then came over to us and rolled her eyes and asked what we were drinking. She then went to the kitchen to ask for another server who did take our order but he still seemed disconnected from his work.

This place is amazing all the staff went above and beyond for my husband's 45 birthday celebration they help him to have Wonderful birthday all staff very fast efficient the food was wonderful and our waiter I belive her name was Jessica was amazing she deserves a big raise she was very polite kind and made you feel like you were only one in room I'd recommend this place all my friends and family kiddos to you all thanks for bring the best you will have our business again and again !!!!

Food was cold, they also forgot part of my takeout order. Chicken was not crispy and the food was mediocre Edit: yeah when I spend good money on food I expect it to be good, and of course when it's bad I review it poorly why don't you contact me and see how much money I spent at your restaurant unless your saying I don't care about your customers money.
