This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but lately it has been one bad experience after another. They latest stop we decided to get it to go. My daughter was given a kids sandwich on day-old bread you can get from the grocery store (I’ve volunteered in mission kitchens - think Bishop Dudley- who have serve better sandwiches than this be honest). Lesson learned don’t order a kids meal and pay $5.00 for goldfish and stale bread. My salad was probably half the size it has been when ordering to eat in-person but I paid the same price, our Mac and cheese was half the size than what we paid for, and to top it all off, there was a beautiful hair woven in to my meal. I’m all for supporting local but I expect good quality food for the price. Our last three experiences have not been good.

Love this place since day one. Cool that you can try before you buy. The soup flavors are always consistent, so once you figure out which ones are your favorites, you know you're always going to experience the same flavor profile, every time it comes back into the rotation. Employee-wise, Aiden is a rock star.

I love the place. They took away the butter. That sucks but other than that they rock. I didn't expect to love the rustic vegetable soup but was pleasantly surprised. They have many good soups. The owner is always eager to please. Cool guy.

I liked the entire concept but it still came off as a Panera type Bag n Soup and Sandwiches with bread I can’t pronounce, but after the entire experience, I ended up liking the Sandwich, it was tasty. But the Zoup “Cajun Gumbo” was lacking in the Cajun Style Department. Not bad for Bagged though. Overall, 4 out of 5. The Staff was real friendly and the store was clean.

Tonight was the first time trying zoup and there is very unlikely chance I will EVER be returning again. I have many issues with this place however my biggest seems to be from the management. The two gentlemen working the front seem to have been very new to the job yet there was no manager to be found. When he finally showed up from what looked like doing nothing in the back he talked badly to the employees and gave them no help instead tried to do it himself. I chose to do the try two meal with a sandwich and Mac and cheese, however I was given a full sandwich which I was charged for. I waited 30 minutes for the food while those who had Togo orders placed after us were helped first. While the food itself was good, the management is terrible!

My first and last time eating here. Im looking at all the bad reviews and im questioning what kinds people work there. I ordered Baja mac which should come with pico de gallo and avocado but they made me a mediocre plain mac and cheese. And i payed $10 for it!!!!!!! I also ordered a veggie sandwich with extra ingredients which also cost me $10 and they couldn’t even do that. Soo upsetting I spend soo much money for food I’m not enjoying. Never again!! Save ur money and time people!! Especially if ur doing take out.

I'm a big fan of soup and therefore, Zoup has to provide good soup or I'm not going near it. Thankfully, they deliver consistently excellent soup that's unique with a great selection. Some of my favorites include the chicken pot pie, clam chowder, curry thai chicken, and the white bean chicken chili, although they have a ton of great ones.
Something I wasn't on board with for a while were their sandwiches but I've found them to be a great addition to the soup. Their Southwest Turkey is perfect with grilled sub/panini bread and a great southwest mayo that adds good flavor. I've also had the chicken one that was really good.
The staff is very friendly and always seems willing to help out. If you start coming in on a regular basis, they’ll recognize you and always make it a point to say hello. They also have a punch card so if you’re into rewards, you can rack them up pretty quickly for a free soup, sandwich, salad or you pick 2.
They also have the ability to order online which lets you see the options that are available and customize your order. I tend to order online for pickup, which is nice if you have a short lunch.
I highly recommend checking Zoup out. They're always great for Winter time but hot weather can't keep me away from a good bowl of soup!
