I typically enjoy it here a lot, but today it was horrible. Our waitress, Tessa, was awful. I was kind of busy but you can’t tell me this place has never been busy before. I know this place could still fit another hundred people or so. She did not give us silverware, napkins, or straws until after we got all our food (including appetizers). She did not put in my order correctly. We waited over an hour for our food, when we literally had a party of two. She was rude and never filled up our drinks. I was not impressed at all.

The whole reason I give this a 1 star, besides the below par service from the waitress, was the fact I got a notification from my bank stating I was charged $90.60 from Buffalo Wild Wings. Seeing how my bill was only $45.30 it was obvious I was hopefully, "accidentally" charged double.
I realize mistakes happen. Not sure how many times you double charge customers, but why would I want to eat at a restaurant that makes me constantly check my bank statement to see if I was overcharged.
So to sum up, that one mistake cost you 1 customer. I'm done. Plenty of other places to eat at. Not to mention your competitors are in the area. I did call and the lady I spoke to today, is refunding the overcharge. But no attempt to make it right by offering anything on the house. Not even an "I'm sorry"..... so peace out B-Dubs

My to-go order was to be ready 30 minutes after the hour, 29 after that I got my order. People that walked in when I did were served before my order came out. Our server in the bar was amazing!!! He was so attentive! Wings were so good and new brisket burger is very good!! Beer prices seem high though-7$ for a tall blue moon when other places are less expensive that than that.

Average service, but the place is absolutely FILTHY! It looks like NOTHING is ever cleaned...which makes me question the kitchen cleanliness as well. At what point do you take your business for granted and let it slide?!?! The entire place is dirty and disgusting. Not only that, we were sat at a table with half a basket of fries left on the floor below us.

This was my first time at this location. Our server was great and we loved the food. The atmosphere was energetic, but not too loud or busy. It was the perfect mix for a nice lunch. Thanks!

Atmosphere and service was outstanding. My wife loved her chicken tenders! However, I found the pulled brisket tacos to be mediocre. The brisket didn't taste very good, and it was really tough.
