Bagel Boy

On Tuesday mid morning, my husband and I went to eat here. I always come with my mother and we always have a good time. My husband and I got this short haired short older lady and he asked if he could add 2 salmon portions on his artichoke melt. She was so disrespectful and attitude felt. She said “uh okaaaayyyyy..” he asked to see the portion and asked for double and she made it seemed like we were such a huge inconvenience. It made me want to cancel our order and leave. She made sure to state that it would be ‘very expensive’ too. We didn’t ask for the price, he just wanted to enjoy a meal. Not only did she state for us to say double salmon added portion but when it was time to pay, she didn’t cash us out but yet she hovered over to make sure we said it. Like we would try to steal added salmon??? I work in a restaurant as a waitress, I get that people adding and modding is annoying but I NEVER make it appointed to the guests that it’s annoying me and or give them attitude for it. It was a huge disappointment and I never like to leave a bad review because I get the industry but she had no right to be extremely rude to us on the only day I get with my husband and we always leave a nice tip.

A must stop every time we're in town. Every single time! Real bagels boiled and baked perfectly. Add whatever you want on them. Toasted and sliced.... made to order, organized and always fresh. This place is always busy and that's a great sign. Very clean and organized. Many cold specialty drinks also. I love this place.
