Salsa too mild, almost marinara sauce. We had the Mole Enchiladas that were good. The Enchiladas Suizas were also good. The Tamarindo drink was on point but the Horchata was way too sweet.

Absolutely great food that's also affordable. I ordered the seafood burrito and it still has me full after 4.5 hours being passed. Everything was fresh and the server was attentive. The chips and salsa were also delicious. First time I've came here and won't be the last.

They give you a small bowl of salsa with your chips. Although good, I would like to see at least a bowl for each person at the table - especially during a time with covid I thought this would be the norm. I asked for 2 more sides of salsa and the waitress only brought 1. I'm not sure if she understood me because she barely spoke a word of English. Our party of 3 ordered our food from our waitress and waited a normal time to get our food. She didn't check on us once, but made sure to check on the table behind me 2 times during their meal. Although the food was good, it was lacking in portion size and it seems like every time I go here there is something off about the service. I'm not going back as their are much better Mexican restaurants around town for a better price and portion size.

Best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. It was very authentic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Never had to wait for refills on our drinks. The chips were so light and delicious. Must try if you're in Sioux Falls!!

The staff was absolutely amazing. They made sure our wait wasn't long and we were seated very quickly despite the time of day and being shortstaffed. The food was delicious and was very filling as well. I will be coming back to Inca!

The restaurant is very bad, the tacos are a disaster, the tortillas full of fat and the meat with a cardboard flavor, the service is also very bad,

My husband and I tried Inca about a week and a half ago, and then we returned this past week. We have been thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness (I have never before had silverware without spots in a restaurant), the efficiency, and the happy atmosphere. The employees work well together and are cheerful. They know their regular customers and greet them coming and going. It's obvious they and their customers have a mutual warmth. Don't focus on the pictures in the menu; in my opinion they aren't appetizing at all. We waited with baited breath our first time to see how the food would look, and the menu pictures don't do the food justice. The food is made to order, and is hot on arrival. The restaurant can also make accommodations such as gluten-free, and my husband, who doesn't like red sauce, has been ordering the burrito with queso and an a la carte taco. I have been ordering a burrito with an a la carte tamale. In the past, I have had tamales that were more masa than filling or were dry or gummy. These tamales are moist and have a good amount of filling. They are delicious. I won't mention the name, but there is a fast food restaurant where I get a burrito and tear away all the extra tortilla that isn't used and isn't necessary. The Inca burritos are filling and don't have wasted tortilla as part of the offering. If there is one detractor for me, it is the rice. It tastes good, on the bland side, but good; the issue is when the plates are put under the heat, it makes the rice crunchy. In the future I plan to ask if the rice can be put on after the plate comes out of the heat. We enjoy the food and staff. We hope you do, too.
