We ordered at 1955, expected delivery was 2035. When we called to check on the delivery, their phone was completely left unanswered. It's now 2105 and we've tried to get an update multiple times. We're not even sure if the food is coming? Or preparing? Or cancelled? Absolutely disgusting service standards.

Poor service standard, if you can't handle the order then don't accept it. Restaurant phone is there just for show. They never ever pick up their calls. AVOID AT ALL COST. We ended up cancelling the order 1.5 hour later because we didn't know if the food was even prepared or OTW.

sembawang outlet was soo bad, ramen soup was soo diluted it was way off.. rest of the food also not good. downtown tobamayo from bad to worst. yesterday's was too dry same as idako.. sashimi was back to anaroxic thin cuts for such an expensive price. hope you really upgrade

It was a difficult decision because the range for selection in Hei Sushi is huge. On the phone, I entrusted Siti, the helpful Hei sushi staff, to choose the sushi for me. The next day, I went to the West Coast Plaza cozy branch to pick up the take away, and the food was already ready for collection. The lovely supervisor Aishah, and the polite head chef explained to me how they had prepared and arranged the food. When I got to the office and served lunch, my colleagues saw the trays of sushi and went "wow!" unanimously. We had such a good time today because everyone loved the delicious food. The comments were, the food was fresh and very tasty. So, THANK YOU Hei Sushi, you have excellent food, great variety and wonderful service! We will definitely return for more!
