This is our go to place for a healthy delicious fast lunch or dinner. We love creating our own Kairos greens and grain bowls. Most everything is gluten-free. The staff has an allergy protocol and will change gloves if you request.

Kairos is delicious. The set up is like Moe's/Subway, where you go to the front and tell them exactly what you want on your bowl. They have power greens, spinach, lentils, chicken, falafel, brown and white rice, roasted sweet potatoes and peppers, pickled peppers and onions, cucumber salad, lots of veggies and different hummus options, Greek sauces, pita bread, etc. Every item I have ever had there was fresh and tasted delicious. The service is also very good.

Visiting from out of town and wanted something healthy and light. This was a gem! Kairos was clean, Food was fresh, yummy and I will definitely return on my next visit. I told the young lady working it was my first time there and she made sure I had a great experience. It's great to have friendly people working and bringing their beat customer service. Much appreciated! If you're looking for some great Mediterranean food look no further!!

We liked Zoes Kitchen so we decided to try Kairos due to the good reviews. It was good until I got about halfway through my bowl only to crunch on a square piece of what looks like plastic or small tile. I had kalamata olives and was cautious for any pit fragments but this is not that. I found two in the bowl that I know of and threw the rest away. If swallowed this could cause some people serious issues. We won't be going back.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant as a family! Great options, lots of flavor, and healthy meals for our kiddos too that they love. The staff goes over and beyond to please. Would eat there every night if it was closer to home!
