Reviews of Epic Buffet

The food was very good, service was very good….until the end. When I stood up to leave, the waitress stepped in front of me blocking the path of exit and started demanding a tip. There was a bit of a language barrier and it was difficult for me to understand her. She kept repeating herself over and over and would move. She was blocking my son from exiting the booth and me from the door out of that area of the restaurant. As a former waiter I always tip and had every intention on tipping this time also. But her behavior threw me completely off as I have never seen a waitress demand a tip. My two sons were still sitting in the booth and I had literally just stood up! I have never in my life seen a waitress act this way! We will NEVER be back.

The food can be cold often but it’s still pretty good and the service is usually pretty good, but today ruined it for me. Most everything was going well until we got low on our drinks, and it wasn’t an issue until we had waited 10 minutes to even see a waitress walking around. Granted there wasn’t very many people dining at 4pm on a Monday, I thought maybe they were busy in the back. We didn’t really start to get mad until the waitress passed our section about four or five times and looked at our cups and still kept walking around and filling other peoples drinks. The final straw was when she filled the drinks for the table next to ours and then walked past our section again and looked at me and our empty cups on the outer edge of the table, and then kept walking. At that point it had been 20 minutes already and instead of starting any drama we decided to just leave. Room temperature food and that kind of service was definitely not worth $33.44 and we will not be returning.

The Restaurant was very clean and such friendly service and really relaxing environment! The food was Amazing, The Hibachi Grill and Sushi were added into The Amazing Hot Fresh Buffet! All the food was Fresh, Steaming and rotated as should be! The Cold Buffet was Fresh and The Salad Buffet was always full and very fresh and delicious, The Cold Seafood Buffet had an amazing variety as well, Desert Bar was wonderful also! Let's just say that that is the best Buffet I have ever ate before! It even had a mixed veggies with scallops, muscles, shrimp, octopus and it was amazing also!!!!

Really good experience here! Friendly waitstaff, a wide variety of tasty food all well stocked, nice quality ingredients, all served up in a very clean environment! They have everything you could want from the huge buffet selection to fresh made to order hibachi and even a sushi bar! They even have basic kids staples like Mac n cheese, fries, and chicken nuggets for the picky eaters. It’s a great deal at $14 including tax for an adult all you can eat buffet. Would definitely recommend!
