sandwich was delicious. but their fries suck. the first batch was semi old and soggy. so i went back around to get another they were hot but still soggy. i dont think they cook them long enough

Fries are Always half full at this location. Not worth the $14 per meal. For what they pay these kids you think it would be better quality. $45 for two meals delivered and this is what we get.

Fries are soggy and undercooked. Called the manager and given the excuse of they are all dumped in at once and on a timer. They won’t double dip for well done due to high volume. Then while at the drive thru window, we watched a car take a bag of food then give it back to worker saying it’s not their food. The worker took it to the window and said food needed to be rebagged before going to the correct car. Then they proceeded to give that food to another car, after someone else had touched it. So DHEC needs to be informed. I called the manager of store and he didn’t seem to care about either complaint or try to make the order correct.

I have never had a bad experience at Chick -fil-A before. They are always hot, even when I get back home, but tonight we ate there. Got home with dinner cold fries, and my sandwich was cold, and dry. Have they changed managers? Or policy? Something has changed.. Horrible Experience..

So slow! This location used to be great, but has definitely gone down hill the last couple years. At 6:30 a.m. with 2 cars at the speaker you would think it would be quick…nope! Took me 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They are also bad at curbside.

We eat here often. Probably once weekly, having said that you're going to question why we keep going back.....over the last 3 months they have gotten our order correct 3 times. We order salads with a different packet topping than what comes with it..... they just can't get that correct... but what's more interesting is when you sit in there waiting and you see how many people come back with screwed up orders

Love chick fil a, but the long lines are kinda annoying lol... but they are always blessed to have lots of business.. really like the food and the service when you dine in its amazing. Nothing like other fast food places definitely 5 star deserving!!!

It’s lunchtime. 12:30 pm. No Mac and cheese, no chicken strips. I’m setting in a line of empty stalls waiting. I’ve already paid. KFC across the street is looking pretty good. I’m a big advocate of Chick Fil A. I’m here everyday thanks to my wife. Getting ready to hoof it to Burger King.
