Why are you giving me an attitude when I'm asking about the price of something lol. I'm trying to give you my money and you're actively preventing me from doing that "I won't know unless I ring it up" I mean I understand your reticence but like. Cash registers have void functions? They have since the '80s?

This rating is on one staff member's service, not on the shop, I frequently use 7-Elevens, specifically this one. I have done shopping in this place for many years and all the employees have always been professional and service oriented. Today, one of the employees was disrespectful. She said her name was Lolita (Hindu lady). I bought some stuff and she also changed $10.00 in coins for bills. She gave me $20.00 in $5.00 bills as I also asked for $10.00 cash. I then thought that maybe she could still give me a $20.00 bill instead the four $5.00s. (I needed a $20.00 bill). I went back in line and had to wait again to get serviced. When I got to her I asked her if she could changed the four $5.00 bills for a $20.00 bill. She then proceeded to ignore me and went to attend 2 people behind me. When all the clients were gone, she told me that I needed to buy something for her to changed the bills. In the past, the owner had personally changed money for me (like quarters) and was polite. This lady said in resentment that she would only change it if I bought something. I told her that I had already bought stuff. She opened the cashier two times when she could have swapped the small bills for a larger bill. She said ironically, "Sorry" as I was leaving. I told her that I didn't feel she was sorry. She could also have said politely, "I apologize, but I can't do that without you buying something else." I would have been fine with that treatment, as opposed to her "Not-my-problem/I-don't-care attitude." I ended up having to go to the bank. This is the difference between service and not servicing just because she felt like it. I also did not appreciate her resentment.

This place is the absolute worst. Every time I've gone in there it's been a bad experience. Today, on July 11th the slurpee machine was "out of order" on free slurpee day. Went in there for break two weeks ago and they were out of bread. Once the CDC removed the mask mandate for vaccinated individuals I was still made to wear a mask in store. It's some BS literally every time. The owner of this place is an absolute cheapskate

Ashley is very nice! I only play Lotto in this store, and the girls let me have all the dead scratchers, so I can enter them into the 2nd Chance drawing. I'm always greeted very warmly, and they're all routing for me to win the Lotto just once - one big win! How nice would that be?! Anyway, Ashley always greets me warmly, it's always clean, and I like this store.

This store does not care about you or your safety. Several signs posted that masks are mandatory, but I watched them serve someone without a mask right in front of me. This kind of hypocrisy puts us all at risk. Don't ship from these liars.

Words cannot explain my frustration and hate for this store and the owners. I was a regular customer for 2+ years since moving to simi. I was always polite to the family that owned the business. But be aware, if you ever come across and incident where you have a problem with them, they will become combative and very mean immediately. I was charged 17$ on my card and they refused to give me my money back even when I showed them multiple bank statements and print outs from the bank itself. I tried being very patient with them was very nice, they took it as weakness which caused them to act extremely rude to me when we sorted out the problem. I was lucky to get the bank to file a claim And refund me my money that they stole and now get to keep for free. I essentially walked into a business, paid 17$, and left with nothing. The they made 17$ profit from doing nothing that's not the point though even 1 penny the point is I was nice brought business there and they were so rude and combative in the end as soon as they made a mistake . This place is atrocious I know I'm salty about the situation that's my problem , but that doesn't change the way these people will treat loyal customers as well as mistakes that they make.

This store does not sell fountain drinks or slurpees! Every other store in Simi Valley does...
