Little Bites

I ordered on the app. I realized they emailed me 4 min after placing the order and said my order was cancelled and refunded. No info was given in the app. My husband was already on his way when we saw it so he asked them what happened and they ran out of the product I ordered. That was not indicated anywhere. He asked if they had any pizzas ready and it would have been a 30 min wait…I was pretty disappointed.

This was the 4th bad experience i had at this location, i gave it a few chances. 1 time a employee went outside to make a drug deal with some guy, ( almost in plain site) the next time they are always out of crazy bread and state they get there dough delivery very late, yesterday again the employee stated he was out of crazy bread, he then stated he had the dough but it takes to long to prep and make it ( 7 minutes) he stated he was short handed and didn't have the time. very rude guy, didn't care for anything. inform me if i wanted crazy bread to drive 4 milers to another location cause he needs to make pizzas..

Order on the app for delivery and the order was horribly wrong and forgotten items. Also our crazy bread order was ripped open and was missing a couple of sticks. Grazianos is a block up and better quality plus they always get the order correct, worth the price! 4/3/2022 Orderes online and arrived waiting for order. After 15 minutes of waiting they said order was canceled because of out of stock items so I would have redo with in stock items. I said just give me a cheaper item to substitute since I just came off a double shift but he said it does not work that way. Horrible customer service! Any pizza place in the area is better than here....needs new management ASAP!
